Our private 3-hour spa experience is £399 for up to 10 guests, giving you exclusive use of the spa for your entire session.
How many guests can join a private session?
The £399 package includes up to 10 guests. Additional guests are welcome for £40 per person.
Are there specific times for the private spa booking?
We offer three private sessions each day:
10am–1pm
2pm–5pm
 6pm–9pm.
Is there a deposit required to secure my booking?
A £199 deposit secures your booking, with the remaining £200 due 7 days before your visit. You can also pay the full £399 upfront.
Can I reschedule my private spa session?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
What facilities are included in the £399 package?
The package includes exclusive use of our infinity pool, ice bath, sauna, steam room and outdoor shower, with refreshments and light bites included.

Rescheduling Policy
Guests wishing to move their booking must provide at least 48 hours' notice. With sufficient notice, the booking may be moved to another available date. Alternative dates are subject to availability, and your preferred replacement date cannot be guaranteed.
Payment & Balance
The total booking price is £399. You may pay the full amount at checkout, or secure your booking with a £199 deposit. The remaining £200 balance must be paid no later than 7 days before your scheduled spa session.
Group Capacity
Maximum capacity is 14 guests. We reserve the entire spa exclusively for your group during your selected 3-hour session, so no other guests will share the facilities with you. The standard booking includes up to 10 guests, with any additional guests (11–14) charged at £39.99 per person.
Session Availability
Our private spa is available in three sessions: Morning (10am–1pm), Afternoon (2pm–5pm), and Evening (6pm–9pm). Each booking reserves the entire spa for your group during the selected period.
